My experience with AZ RV Roof was exceptional from start to finish.The rubber roof of my 2022 Jayco Pinnacle was completely delaminating and needed a full replacement. After extensive research on roof replacement options, it became clear to me that FlexArmor was the best product available for my needs and appeared to be the best product period.My initial inquiry was answered quickly by John. After a few emails and a couple phone calls John had a job plan and a quote put together. I agreed and John then set me up with the first available appointment. John was very professional, friendly and explained the process to me. He was also very quick to respond to all emails and phone calls. John made me feel very confident in committing to this process.Upon arriving for my appointment, I was met by Shawn who continued the friendly and professional attitude. Shawn set me up with the RV electrical and water hook ups they have available. That was an extremely convenient option they offer. I had a 6 hour drive to get down to the facility and to have the ability to stay the night right at the shop was greatly appreciated.The following morning Shawn took me inside to show me a portion of the process as he sprayed the roof of another trailer. Shawn answered any question I had and fully explained the process to put me at ease. Shawn was great, as was all the staff I came in contact with. Additionally, the process was quoted as a 3 day job. We live full time in a 44 foot luxe 5th wheel.Shawn and his crew were amazing everything was done as advertised we felt like we were treated special. And what great product it's nice to know that I'll never have to deal with caulking, water leaks, or maintenance on the roof. 2022 38ft 5th wheel. The original factory roof failed after less than two years and rather than repair / replace with the same substandard material, I decide to look into FlexArmor, and I am extremely happy that I did. Oh my gosh! Birds had pecked at my 5th wheel trailer roof through to the wood underlay! We had to do a quick fix with waterproof tape since we were leaving on a three week road trip in 3 days! When we returned home, we researched more permanent options. Re-roofing with the same rubber material would cost about $5,000 and the birds might attack again. FlexArmor spray on roofing would cost a little more, but would last the lifetime of the trailer. Even though the closest shop, AZ RV Roof, was 300 miles away in Prescott Arizona, we knew their product was what we wanted. From the first phone call to John, through the repair updates, and the final pick up just 3 days later, the team at AZ RV Roof was competent, friendly, and thorough. We are very pleased with our new roof and trust we will be able to enjoy many more miles of travel with it.

I thoroughly enjoyed the process. The team prepped the surface professionally and installed mounts for solar, then applied Flex Armour, yielding a perfect seam-free roof. In my opinion, OEM roofs are garbage. Our RV is only 4 years old and the roof membrane was already failing. Fortunately, there was no damage to the substrate and I now have a worry free roof. No regrets.

We were in the area of Prescott last year and I stopped in and spoke with Shawn. I had been looking at this roof system for a while. Over the years I have talked to many people that had it done and every single person was 100% happy. I brought my 2017 Arctic Fox truck camper to them in early May 2024. I picked it up three days later and I cannot say enough about the workmanship and professionalism of Schawn and his employees. The roof looked absolutely wonderful. What a wonderful experience!!!! It starts with them letting us stay in their parking lot the night prior to our appointment. They even let us plug in!! Then we get to our appointment and we were treated like family. Greeted by Sean. He proceeded to show us what was going to happen with our RV roof and the application of Flex Armor product. During the process pictures were sent with updates. Then when we went to pick it up we were greeted by John. Then Sean went through the life time warranty with us. There are only two things that matter to the crew at AZ RV Roof, doing a perfect repair of your roof and Customer Service. We just had a 2 year old truck camper roof, that developed several leaks, repaired and after watching these guys work and seeing how the Flex Armor system is applied I have no doubt that we will never need the lifetime warranty.As far as customer service goes, They made sure we were settled in for a couple of days while they performed their magic and even ferried me to and from the car rental service. So we were in Prescott AZ at AZ Roof getting our roof sprayed with the FlexArmor product. We did not have any leaks or issues yet, it was done so my old body does not have to get on it as much and my dear wife Grace Giboney does not have to worry that I'm going to fall or get blown off. One of the items they showed me was where the roof meets the side walls and there is a gap between them larger than a pencil that the manufacture put duck tape over before putting on the membrane, it is soft and the membrane already had some minor cracking in it. AZ Roof has an option to put a metal radius over it before the spray that we elected to have done. There is a picture of what it looks like after they cut a small piece and pulled it up, I was surprised how soft it is and I can see how easy it would be for a branch or even hail at the right size and angle could puncture it and allow water to flow into the walls.We are extremely happy with the FlexArmor product that AZ RV Roof sprayed on our unit. We arrived on Sunday evening and stayed in their lot. They have 50amp power available. They started work at 7am and by 8am they had our unit in their building, with scaffolding around it so we could view the roof and talk about the process so they could get to work on it. The trailer was done by Wednesday at 2pm and ready for us to view. We stayed the night again in their lot.We are travelling thru Arizona, New Mexico and Texas where we have notice a drop in temperature inside the unit after a long travel day in the 90’s and much quieter in the wind. And much quieter in the rain.In the pictures during the process you can see that they remove the rubber roof from around appliances like the AC, Vents etc. We also purchased the metal radius on the sides that you can see as previously mentioned.They replace the solar connection with a sprayed in junction box with glands for the wires and a top with a gasket that can be removed to add more cabling.We also had them replace our fans with new Maxx Air Deluxe fans that we supplied. The reason we went with these fans is the base can be sprayed in and the fan mounts on top of it and can be easily removed for repair or cleaning, and Grace can now operate the fans with the remotes. The old fans would have been sprayed in and the only way to work on them would have been from within the trailer.We purchased from AZ RV Roof a King OmniPro TV and Radio antenna that the base is sprayed in, and the top antenna can be replaced if needed, and it picks up way more TV and Radio stations than the old WiFi Ranger Teton that is prone to leaking and breaking. The new antenna does not have a Wifi booster but that was okay with us we never use it anyway.We had them add extra studs for a future solar addition in front of the AC that you can see sticking up.They wrap the spray around and down into the gutters, down over the seals on the cap and the back wall, around the opening for the AC, and replace the AC gasket.They have multiple top coat colors, we selected white for the cooling and to match the sides of the trailer.No more getting on the roof to check the seals and getting Dicor all over me or the roof and no leaks forever with a lifetime warranty guaranteed unless you cut into it.The price is significantly less than having a rubber roof replaced.They are a great group of individuals and do a great job. They are very accommodating and can make recommendations for hotels and restaurants. We can’t say anything negative about the whole process. Well done Shawn and team.

We needed the roof repaired on our 2002 Winnebago Journey, after a lot of research we found AZ RV Roof in Prescot AZ. The reviews did not disappoint, they were spot on. John is very pleasant and easy to communicate with and responds to emails or phone messages quickly. He also gave us a very reasonable estimate on our repairs. Once we arrived in Prescot we were warmly greeted by Shawn and his staff. Shawn is a super fun guy easy to talk to, very efficient with his work. It shows that he takes great pride in what he does. He kept us informed of the progress by sending us pictures regularly of the progress. The whole staff at AZ RV Roof were very pleasant to be around, just a bunch of guys who take great pride in their workmanship. The end result looked amazing and will give us the peace of mind to travel safely in our motorhome without worrying that roof could fly off or rain and leaks. Shawn and his staff not just installed a brand-new roof but also set up our solar panels as well as two new vents and a brand-new antenna. I got some good discounts by signing up at Big Tent in Quartzsite AZ. In the end, my new roof cost the same as a replacement rubber roof of the same material. I have a 1996 Class C and the roof AZ RV Roof replaced was the original roof put on by the manufacturer. I noticed when looking into a new rubber roof, the life expectation was 10 yrs and I would still have the maintenance of caulking. So even with this is an old classic RV, I decided to go with flex armor roof so I don't have to worry about climbing the ladder every month to check the caulk. AZ Roof answered all questions, treated me with respect and made many useful suggestions towards keeping costs down. I would do it again if I have to replace another roof. And I would go with AZ RV Roof.

This is a review of AZ RV Roof in Prescott Arizona.I just had my roof done on my fifth wheel trailer by them and I am extremely happy with the results. The guys have a routine that allows the 5 of them to work in harmony to get things done quickly and correctly. Each one of them is a craftsman at what they do and are capable of backing up any of the others. There is Shawn, Bobby, Cody and 2 other gentlemen (who were working so hard, they didn't have time to talk) that I did not catch their names. The amount of experience and knowledge is incredible.I dropped off my trailer on a Monday morning, went to get a quick cup of coffee and came back. They were already working at getting the roof ready for prep. By Tuesday, they were applying the FlexArmor in the early afternoon. By 1:00pm Wednesday, I was hooking up with my truck to take my trailer home.I live in Los Angeles and could have had other places close by do a kind of similar type of roof but I wanted the very best roof and I was willing to travel for it. AZ RV Roof quoted me a price several hundred less than what places in Cali wanted for a lesser quality roof. It was a no-brainer. I got the best roof, done by the best craftsmen, at the best price.A few of my friends with RVs with be coming over during the next few days to check the roof out. They will be looking for the bad stuff. Just how they are. But I know a couple of them will be calling to make a reservation with AZ RV Roof. Thanks AZ RV Roof for a great investment for my trailer.

I rarely write reviews but the extraordinary treatment by this company deserves my compliments. First let me compliment Shawn for providing exemplary service. My 2015 Artic Fox rv trailer was taken into the shop on time and finished as promised. I was privileged to see the whole process as performed on an rv in the shop. No corners are cut from the stripping of the old rubber roof, prepping trailer with tape and plastic, tacking and the spraying of the roof. The detailed prep work takes a full day. No short cuts. The spraying of the coating is the easy part by the technician. The cost for this permanent roof is comparable to a new rubber roof but there is no maintenance ever for this new roof. We installed the FlexArmor coating to our Grand Design Solitude 380FL. As part of the installation, we removed the roof membrane (not typically required for FlexArmor) and TV antenna. Along with the new coating, we also added the radius protection package (I highly recommend) and the painted radius edge option in black (the roof edge looks terrific from the ground). They also installed unistrut rails for future solar panels. Thanks to manager Shawn Fouse for his professionalism during the entire process.

We decided to have them remove the existing roof for the best possible job. This is a job to make sure you have done indoors in a controlled environment. Thorough process and amazing results.

Long story short, I had a deck on top of my trailer and it damaged the membrane. We go to NASCAR races and use it to watch the race. After the damage, never thought I’d be up there again. Met Shawn on my appointment and he began to explain how they use strut channel to mount solar. He ended up building me a base for my solar and a new deck. Couldn’t be happier. Everything was completely professional and customer focused. The product they put on is tough! Feels much more solid than before. I optioned for the matte black border to match my trailer. When I entertain up there, I get compliments. I put electric and hdmi before they coated so they sprayed in the outlet. Wish I had done this years ago. John set me up with the appointment and was awesome as well. Thank you gentlemen for keeping us going. Wish I did this originally.

I own a 2018 Montana and was researching lifetime roofs. I decided the Flex Armor roof was what I wanted. Unfortunately they do not have a shop near me or offer a mobile service to come to me. They do have electrical hook ups and allow you to stay the night before and/or after your appointment. I traveled from the Sacramento area to Prescott for their service. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. The crew of Chris, Cody and Bobby led by shop manager Shawn were wonderful to work with. Shawn was very interactive when it came to what was going to be done. He listened to what you want and offered ideas based on experience. Shawn encourages you to come by the shop to check on the progress and give you updates throughout the process. I certainly recommend them for anyone who is considering a lifetime roof for their RV. I had them do the painted radius and also move and replace the antenna. I wish I'd done it sooner. It really is a roof that I wish came from the factory.

The entire experience with AZ RV Roof was exceptional. As a woman, it is not uncommon to be talked down to and at no point in time did I feel like I was being treated differently. They were extremely communicative which I like. My situation was a little complicated and they worked with me. I had a few issues (unrelated to the roof) after I got the RV and they even took the time to try and help with that.

I have a 2020 Grand Design 385GK. I am the second owner. When my roof started tearing off coming home from Texas, I would get up on the top of my roof and tape it at two different RV sites; I had two men come up to me and tell me about rvroof.com. I'll start this off by mentioning I am a very hands-on RV owner for those of you who are similar. I replace most items myself (hot water heater, AC units, fresh water tanks, solar, etc...) So....I was a lucky owner with the failed rv roof membrane batch from 2014-2018. It became gummy, wouldn't clean properly, and needed a full replacement. I finally finished my research between aftermarket roof options and decided on a Flex Armor roof. AZ RV Roof was the closest shop, and honestly, any excuse to visit Prescott, I'm in.The AZ RV Roof team was very clear on the steps needed and potential costs over the phone. Their final estimate after seeing my roof in person was never changed once they began working. My roof had some damage due to the extremely thin plywood Heartland puts on top of the foam core. The AZ Roof team found these spots and repaired them. They also kept sending pics so I would feel involved and know the stage they are at. The final result was beautiful. They added uni-strut to the new roof for easier solar panel work. Also, new vent covers, fan covers, and a bathroom skylight (all included).The best part? I never have to maintain my roof again!! Never! There are enough issues with a traveling home already. Removing a huge area of constant concern is worth its weight in gold to me.Each team member made me feel like my project was the only one they were thinking about. I know it wasn't, but that was a good feeling regardless. Not a sour face in the shop, and everyone hustled from the time they arrived to work. Sean was the shop manager and project manager for my job. He clearly set expectations for me and was very responsive when I'd text him, regardless of his schedule. I'd work with him and his crew any day.Final note: they had a spray pump issue, fixed it, and stayed until 8:30 p.m. one evening to make sure the project remained on schedule.You tell me who does that level of service anymore? 🙄

From the first phone call seeking more info on this product, John was extremely helpful and patient with all my questions. We arrived at the shop a day early and were greeted by Shawn. He introduced himself and we got to the inspection of my roof. Shawn was great to work with. He went over the process and added options to choose from. Transparent throughout the entire process, even when I went to pay the bill Shawn let me know there were a few items they ended up not needing so he took them off the bill. Who does that these days...Im glad I made the 6+ hour drive to work with this company and this crew. Shawn was very down to earth and explained everything in great detail whether it was on the phone, in person in the office or on top of the motorhome. I was "cursed" with the Winnebago roof and wasnt aware it needed to be checked ON THE SIDES PRIMARILY. I always checked the front and end cap seams and all vent covers and antennas and kept it clean and under a hard cover. This still wasnt enough to cause a catastrophic yard sale of roof panels while in a wind storm on the 10 freeway. Needless to say there were some repairs needed and Shawn and crew did an amazing job.Now on the way back home we got caught in another sand/wind storm and while traveling down the freeway my wife and I both heard a giant WHOOSH and CRACK and we already knew that sound was ....in my mirrors I saw a few small pieces of roof material on the side of the freeway, my wife told me to pull over so I frantically made my way over so we could pick up the pieces. I made it over safely and ran back to grab the few medium sized pieces that hadnt blown away and ran over to the other motorhome that was sitting on the side of the freeway to let him know where to get his roof fixed because OF COURSE IM TALKING ABOUT A DIFFERENT MOTORHOME, MY ROOF WASNT GOING ANYWHERE AND I LAUGHED AT THE WINDSTORM THE WHOLE WAY HOME.

I had an entire new roof replacement on my Newmar Dutch Star. which was 22 years old. The facility is very well set for this particular work. The staff went beyond to make sure I understood the process & when I dropped by they showed me the progress they were making. They made suggested changed such as a new higher tech TV antenna, areas that needed more attention & replaced various old roof vents. The job was completed a little ahead of schedule. I'm very pleased with the look & functionality of the new roof.

AZ RV Roof was the absolute best solution for my RV roof problem. After less than one year my Keystone RV's TPO roof membrane showed bubbling and rippling throughout the entire roof. The dealership's service department wanted to tear it off and put on a new TPO membrane and that was after Keystone said that they would not cover the cost of the fix under their warranty. That didn't sound like a great idea since the first TPO membrane failed within a year. After researching the problem, I believe that AZ RV Roof was the better answer.John was able to fit me in as a filler spot within a week of my contacting him as I was getting ready to embark on an extended 2000 mile trip soon. He really listened to my roof issue and circumstances and made everything happen quickly. He definitely went above and beyond my expectations in working to get a quick appointment.When I arrived at the Prescott facility, Shawn met me and made me feel at home right away. He looked over the roof carefully and created an estimate that ended up being about half of what the dealership wanted to put on a new TPO membrane. Shawn and his crew went right to work and within 3 days I was able to pick up the RV with plenty of time before my trip. I can speak to the absolute professionalism of Shawn and his crew. They were amazing with the detail of their work and the communication throughout the process. I ended up with a much better roof that is warranted for the lifetime of the RV. John, Shawn and his crew are a perfect example of how businesses should be run. They make sure the customer is their focus and they go out of their way to meet your needs.

2023: It's been one year since we had AZ RV Roof put Flex Armour on our roof of our motorhome. We are still very happy with this product and the service we got. I just washed our rig, including the roof. It still looks good. We highly recommend this company and this prodoct. I've included some pictures from this year.2022: John and Shawn did an amazing job. Communication was very good. We were concerned that it would not look good. But we were pleasantly surprised. It is clean and crisp. The brown that Shawn picked for the trim color matched remarkably well. Our motorhome was recently painted. John made sure that our coach was very protected from overspray and scratches. I just got done washing it and didn't find anything. Thanks for taking care of our motorhome. We will recommend this company and product.

I hired AZ RV Roof in Prescott, Arizona last month, and they sprayed on an amazing Flex Armor roof, which has a lifetime warranty. This is a very tough and durable material that protects the inside of your RV from water damage. There is going to be zero moisture getting through this material, but if somehow it does, they will gladly take your rig back in and fix the issue for you, under the lifetime warranty.These guys were extremely nice and professional. They even gave me rides into town and back, from the hotel I was staying at in downtown Prescott. They even attempted to make hotel and car rental accommodations for me, with other local businesses, while I was there, but I ended up doing all that myself.When you first get to their location, and are waiting for your scheduled appointment, they will allow you to hook up to their 50A service and outlet and city water, to camp for free. Of course you will have to stay somewhere else while they are spraying. You will not want to be in their bay when that is taking place anyhow.Sean Fouse was the manger I was working with, and he was a real pleasure to deal with. He gave me all sorts of options that could be included on my roof, including minisplit A/C upgrades and more. He is very technologically advanced at what he does and you will be in excellent hands with him.You also will not be able to beat this price anywhere. As an example, prior to going to AZ RV Roof, I had gotten a typical EPDM roof (no where near as good quality material) quote, in Phoenix for several thousands of dollars more than AZ RV Roof charged. Not to mention, you will not have any lifetime warranty along with the inferior product. The roof is also maintenance free, so no more calking or sealing your roof every year.If you need some future work done to your roof, such as a new StarLink system, or getting a rooftop A/C unit taken off, they will gladly take you back in as a prior customer, and treat you very well.One of the things that made my life way easier, was the fact that they installed bolts onto my roof, prior to spraying the Flex Armor, and that helped me secure all 8 of my 200W solar panels to my roof. They even offered to do that for me, but I had already made previous arrangements to do all the solar work myself. This is an amazing company and once you go AZ RV Roof, you are part of the family!

I called AZ RV Roof and spoke to John who spent a great deal of time going over my project. It included a new roof, StarLink mount, electrical boxes and 12 solar panels. It’s a lot to ask, but John assured me his team was up to the task.I arrived early the day prior and they had a spot for me to set up for the night with a 50 amp service. Early the next day I met Shawn, the shop manager, who went over my project and up sold me on options I didn’t even know were an option. Shawn said my project was going to take 5 days, and it did, even though we changed a few things to make my life easier midway through. I have mobility issues and several vents were placed in areas that made them trip hazards.These are the things I feel like were above and beyond the basic roofing application.1) Shawn fabricated some parts while his team prepped and sprayed the roof. The parts were a wiring track for wires associated with an inverter and solar panels that ran almost the full length of the roof,2) They placed mounts for 12 solar panels,3) They removed the refrigerator vent I no longer needed,4) They replumed the vents so they were under the solar panels and out of the walk way including one that was in the dead center of the ladder where I almost tripped multiple times,5) Installed 3 water tight electrical boxes for my solar install, inverter cable and the StarLink cable.6) They had to patch three holes and they used metal plates to do that before spraying the roof.By the time I left on Saturday morning, I was thrilled with the outcome. The team was absolutely professional and the job is stunning.It's been over 2 months and we've seen a lot of rain. The roof obviously hasn't leaked, but I've been watching to see if there are any pools or other issues developing due to the rain. The roof is draining off the edge as expected and there are no pools or issues that I can find.I’ll attach some photos to show the work that was done. This review has been a long time coming. I don't write a lot of reviews, but I simply must give a hats off to John and his crew at AZ RV Roof.We came all the way from Michigan to get our fifth wheel roof repaired(!) We had set the appointment months before, and once the snow and ice started to melt in Michigan, we were on our way to Prescott, AZ.Unfortunately, on the way we started experiencing engine problems on our Ram pickup truck. We had to stop in Albuquerque to get repairs done. Meantime, I called ahead to John and let him know what was happening.John runs a very tight ship, so to speak, and works very hard at keeping his costs as low as possible. There simply isn't any leeway for missed appointments. If we missed ours, he would have send his crew home, and since we would lose our spot in the queue, it would be months before we could reschedule.Once our truck was running again, we literally raced to Prescott, driving through the night, and trying our best not to miss our appointment. Still, we were at least one day late. John did everything possible to work around our predicament. He literally juggled their other projects and still managed to squeeze us in for our reservation. His crews worked their tails off to finish a 5 day job in less than 4 days.I was concerned that our predicament and the rush on the job might result in a lower quality Flexarmor installation. Nope. Not at all. The work was impeccable. John also worked with our insurance company and got them to pay for the roof replacement, while we only had to paid out of pocket for our deductible and the upgrades we asked them to install.All in all, this was a very enjoyable service experience -- a fairly complicated and technical repair job that simply went off like clockwork. And the Flexarmor roof still looks brand new after nearly a year of sitting out in the weather and hot Colorado sun.

After discussing the details of the work we wanted, and getting our appt date, we set out to Prescott, AZ. We arrived at the shop the evening before and met up with John, the owner. He graciously offered us to use his electrical power and water hookups for the night and explained what to expect the following morning. The next morning we met up with Shawn and his crew. The guys got to work right away! They went over everything in detail and finalized what we wanted to have done. Then, knowing we were from out of town, Shawn had one of his guys, Chris (thanks Chris!), take us into town to our hotel, saving us the cost of taking a taxi or Uber. While at the hotel later that evening, Shawn called us and texted photos with updates and an anticipated time frame for completion. The guys worked late that night and started early the next day to keep us from having to pay an additional night at the hotel. Once again, we were picked up from our hotel and brought back to the shop. Shawn went over everything in detail and wanted to make sure everything was working before we hit the road. All I can say is wow! The completed roof, the professionalism, and their customer curtesy is second to none. Folks, if you’ve decided to have this roofing done, which I can’t recommend enough, these guys are tops! Thanks again John, Shawn, Jake, Chris, and Robert, you guys rock!

We are very happy with the workmanship and professionalism of Mr S and crew. Their attention to detail, customer service, and craftsmanship is remarkable in this day and age.I believe that our new FlexArmor roof has added at least another 10 years of serviceable life onto our 2005 Vectra motorhome. Previously, we had a $1000 roof repair that survived only 6 weeks, and a $4000 roof repair that lasted only 2.5 years. While the AZ RV Roof repair is more expensive, I value its Lifetime Warranty. I wish we had went with AZ RV Roof 5 or 10 years ago.I'm not a professional, but I would recommend that any owner of a Winnebago with a fiberglass roof be proactive and consider a FlexArmor roof. When it comes time to sell our motorhome, I think we will get back much or most of our investment in our new roof in the resulting resale value.

I did a lot of research before replacing the roof on my RV. I felt that this was the best possible product/roof on the market. The guys at AZ Roof were great. Very knowledgeable and came in on time, on budget. When it was done, I climbed on top to look the job over and I can’t believe how thick and durable this product is. I am very happy to have this product and it’s warranty on my rig. Not to mention all of the new vents and hardware. I am so happy that I didn’t mess around with getting new seam and accessory seals that would need to be replaced again in 3-5 years and just did it right the first time. Worth every penny.

We did not have any roof damage but decided to get the flex armor roof to eliminate maintenance and any concerns about leaks in the future. We are full time in our RV so it sees a lot of different locations and weather. From the moment we called to enquire about the prices, John was available to answer questions and provide information and pictures to help us understand the process.When we arrived for our appointment, the crew was waiting for us. Shawn did the check in and explained each step offering suggestions and pointing out what we could expect. During the three days our rig was in their shop, Shawn communicated regularly and we were encouraged to drop by and see the progress for ourselves. We did just that. The entire crew, Shawn, Jake, Chris and Shawn 2 answered questions and invited us to observe their work. Knowing that we wanted to travel four hours the day they were scheduled to complete our job, they ensured an early completion so we would not have to travel after dark.The roof looks fabulous. We have six solar panelswhose mounting brackets were previously screwed into the roof and sealed over. They are now part of the roof. We can still remove the panels if needed but the brackets no longer are a risk for leaking. The same is true for the other roof components.I don't expect to need to return but if we did, I know we would receive the same fabulous service and I highly recommend this location if you are considering a new roof.Thank you to the whole team.

AZ Roof in Prescott AZ replaced the roof on my 8 yr old Grand Design 5th wheel trailer with a lifetime warranted FlexArmor roof. They actually did more than that. They improved the roof structure by adding metal bull nose edging at both roof/wall interfaces, added stud supported rails for my existing solar panels with room to expand, added a roof mounted j-box, new waste vent, upgraded the TV antennae and replaced three roof vent hoods. John Fisher gave me an accurate estimate in advance, scheduled, and explained the process. Onsite Shawn Fouse showed me in detail their process and recommended specific details for my situation. They facilitated our RV lifestyle by allowing us to camp onsite (with water and electric) at no charge the night before and the night after the work was completed. The work took three days and they met all expectations. They even went beyond expectations by attending to every detail during checkout. We left the next morning as happy campers. The new roof is bombproof!

What a great new roof. After some tree damage to the front edge and eventually bubbling on the leading edge I needed a new roof. The service provided by AZ Roof in Prescott was outstanding. I went to Flex Armor after a ton of research on roofing products because the roof on my 4 year old motorhome leaked and I was not going to reseal it every 6 months. Before I received the new roof, I would climb up on the home and sop up water after every storm so it wouldn't leak through again.The guys at AZ roof were great and the roof complete in a few days. After I left, it rained on me for the first 9 days of my continued trip I was fairly sleepless the first two, as per normal, waiting for the leak. The next 7 I slept straight through for the first time in 2 years. Well worth the investment!

Just had my Motorhome roof done by AZ RV Roof because I had horrible leaking from around my aftermarket AC. John and Shawn kindly referred to my roof as challenging but truthfully it was a hot mess. They critically looked at what they could do, explained everything very well so I could understand it and they let me know what was happening step by step. They addressed all my issues, found some I didn't know about and took care of those too. I was on a timeline since I had a plane ticket to come pick it up and they worked late and on a Saturday in order to get it done. They went above and beyond to get it done. Coming from a customer service background, they really know how to take care of their customers. I drove it out from Central California to get it done here after alot of research and I feel like I made a really good decision. It looks fantastic and I can't wait for it to rain so I can confirm what a good decision I made to have my Flex Armour roof done with AZ RV Roof. Our work was done at the Prescott facility. It was completed on schedule even though our sun roof replacement wasn’t immediately available. Shawn personally picked up a slightly larger one that would work for us. He kept us informed every step of the way. This process isn’t cheap but it is well worth it.

Shawn spent a lot of time explaining the process and what to expect (you will see small imperfections in your roof under the material, but it is structurally sound), answering all my questions, and communicating all long the process. I had an insurance claim from previous damage (the tree won) and actually got money back in the end! We had our FlexArmor roof done on our Class C with David and Jennifer at the original location in Green Cove Springs, Florida in July of 2016, over 52k miles ago.We have been full-timing since 2019 and do not ever have to worry about a leaking roof, which is a common occurrence on RVs and is expensive to repair.It was easy to scheduling an appointment with FlexArmor's John Fischer in the Prescott, AZ shop for a cosmetic touch-up on the white topcoat, but they are very busy so call early. They set the work date and allowed us to stay at their shop the night before. John, Shawn, and his staff are incredibly professional and careful and take great pride in their work. We love our FlexArmor roof and will have another installed on our next RV at John's shop in Prescott.

I took my 5th wheel to Flexarmor Prescott as a preventative measure. I did not have any roof issues however wanted to prevent any. Inspecting every few months, sealing, Eternabond, etc. was getting very old. Made my appointment with John and after a few minutes on the phone I knew this would be a great experience. John explained the process, answered all my questions and made the appointment for several months later.I arrived on a Sunday and John was already at the shop ready to greet me. He checked me in, answered a few more questions and inspected my rig to make sure there was no other visible damage. I brought a cellular antenna which I needed installed prior to the work, and they did that exactly to my specifications without any issues.John updated me every afternoon via text (my preference), along with progress pics. By day 3 the job was completed as promised! I had scheduled to pick up the RV on Friday due to my schedule.When I picked up the RV I met Shawn the daily ops manager. Shawn was as pleasant and personable as John. I did a complete inspection with Shawn, and wow was I impressed with the work! My roof looked better than I could have imagined, and my antenna was in place and sealed along with everything else on the roof.Everything was checked including the AC’s and vents. Shawn then spent about 30 minutes in the office once again explaining what was done, and going over the warranty. I drove home absolutely satisfied beyond my expectations.Now the best part.Two days later on a Sunday I was doing some work on the RV and turned on my AC. Surprisingly the compressor did not come on. I went up on the roof (no shoes of course) and tried to figure out what happened because it was checked by Shawn on his PDI after the work was done. We both also confirmed the AC operation during my walk through prior to leaving the shop.I contacted John, explained the issue and told him I didn’t think this was their fault, but was just looking for something they might be familiar with.Shawn called me within 5 min and after some troubleshooting over the phone told me he would grab some tools and drive to me which is 4 hours each way! I was shocked and in disbelief. Prior to leaving Shawn called the Denton, TX Flexarmor manager DeWayne who wanted to speak to me and troubleshoot again, before Shawn headed my way. DeWayne had the issue solved within 15 min! Turned out to be a defective thermistor (my OEM, not theirs). Amazing service on a Sunday from their Texas shop to fix an issue that Flexarmor did not cause. The part was only $30 and I had my AC back up and running a few days later. John had offered to send me a replacement thermistor but I declined the offer and bought one online.John, Shawn & DeWayne all followed up with me to make sure my AC was fixed. They took ownership of a problem they were not responsible to fix, and would have driven 8 hours round trip to fix if I wasn’t able to handle.This kind of customer service vanished about 20 years ago, but not with Flexarmor Prescott and Denton.These guys are really good! If you’re thinking about Flexarmor do not wait any longer. You will be very pleased, just as I am.

We just had the FlexArmor coating put on our motorhome roof and it exceeded our expectations. Our friends also had the coating put on their motorhome and raved about theirs so we decided to spend the money for a quality product. John and Shawn did a wonderful job explaining the process and inspected the roof while we were still there. They found a few soft spots that we didn't know we had and fixed them. They also installed a new King Jack antenna that works great and since our coach is a 2006 John recommended we replace our skylight and the difference in light coming through is very noticeable. It's obvious everyone on their crew takes pride in the work they do since they did a fantastic job. They also installed new covers for our vents, new sewer cap, new A/C gaskets and put brackets under our solar panels so if we ever need to remove them it won't disturb the coating.

I caught a snag on the roof of my 5th wheel that necessitated a total replacement. After doing much research, I decided to use the FlexArmor system. Not only is FlexArmor superior in every conceivable way, it is less expensive than traditional roll on replacements. AZ RV Roof did a great job in scheduling and answering my many questions. When I arrived at the Prescott facility and met John and his staff, I knew that I had made a good decision. You can tell a lot about the quality of an organization by how they keep their shop and how willing they are to pull back the curtain and show off their work while in progress. We have been having issues with the fiberglass roof on our motorhome for years. We found FlexArmor on a google search. We liked what we saw: could fix the damage, no more sealing, no more leaking, and guaranteed for life. Another great thing was the price. It came up to almost 1/3rd of the price of replacing the whole roof. They also replaced a fan that wasn't working and our weathered 360 sewer vents. They also sprayed over our shower skylight at my request. I love it! No more heat and bright light from the sun. John did an assume job of getting us scheduled and Rob in Prescott, AZ was amazing at giving us all the details of what would happen and kept us advised along the way. The work was done on time. We even got to visit during the process and see how things were going. They have three 50 amp hookups that you can use if you arrive early or need to stay after. There is also room for trailers that you might be pulling. They were very efficient and did a great job. Their customer service mentality really shined through. I would highly recommend and am confident that I won't use again since I have this wonderful worry-free RV roof. We have gotten so many compliments on how nice it looks. Thanks!

In January of 2021 our Class C roof was damaged by a falling tree during a major rain storm. We wanted a FlexArmor Lifetime Roof, but did not want to drive to Texas or Seattle from Cambria, California to have it done, so we waited until AZ RV Roof was up and running in Prescott, Arizona to make our appointment. John fit us right in and we planned our trip. We were greeted at the facility by Rob who gave us a tour and explained the process. Rob sent us photos and kept us updated each day. Our RV was actually completed in less than the 3 days we had originally thought it would take! Highly professional; John kept me informed all thru the process with pics and updates. I will never have to worry about my roof again and at my age I don't need to be climbing up there any more. They let me leave the 5th wheel there after they finished, plus when I picked it up it was late afternoon so I stayed the night with 50 amp electric service. AZ RV Roof did a great job on my 40' Class A roof. I purchased this unit as a hurricane salvage and it had fairly extensive non-structural roof damage. I am the type who researches things like this extensively. I was looking for a spray-on option that was designed specifically for an RV roof application that included pulling all items off the roof (not applying around objects) and carried a lifetime warranty. I came across the RV Flex Armor product and determined that this was the solution that I wanted in making this sizeable investment into an otherwise like-new coach (well, plus paint, but that will be the finishing touch). I actually drove 10 hours to AZ RV Roof for the sole purpose of having them do the roof. All work was done in the time frame promised and the results were spectacular. John & Rob were very accommodating as to requests and suggestions, including little things like gutter placement and the paint color for radius corners. In the end, the roof replacement has increased the value of my RV far beyond the amount paid. As a matter of fact, I got what I perceive to be the best product for a total cost that was less than any of my other quotes for inferior products. Two thumbs up for me. I can't recommend enough. Do I need to caulk around my fixtures?
This roof system was designed to remove all the caulking joints and seams in an rv roof. You no longer have any exposed screws or joints to caulk. Our chemical bond removes the need for caulking.
How do I clean a FlexArmor roof?
You can use any kind of household cleaner you want. This roof system has an extremely high chemical resistance and is not effected by cleaners or bleach. It is designed to be self cleaning which means most everyday dust and dirt washes off when it rains. It is non porous so it resists many stains and mildew.
What is the maintenance to an FlexArmor roof?
The only maintenance to this roof system is the topcoat. It is a polymer coating developed for our system and will last 10-15 years. If you see the grey roofing material coming through it is time for a new white topcoat. This is a product that can be applied by you or you can bring it back to a location for reapplication.
You do not have to caulk your roof or apply special cleaners or conditioners on the FlexArmor roof system.
