HOW TO REGISTER YOUR LIFETIME FLEXARMOR WARRANTY

1. Go to RVRoof.com and click the Register Warranty button. No account needed.
2. Enter your name, email, phone and address.
3. Enter your RV’s VIN — the year, make and model fill in for you.
4. Choose the service center that installed your roof.
5. Upload your receipt — a PDF or a phone photo is fine.
6. Submit. Your Certificate of Warranty Registration is emailed to you. Keep it with your RV paperwork.

Your installer does not do this for you. If the 30 days pass with no registration on file, there is no record of your roof to claim against.

1. Go to RVRoof.com or FlexArmorWarranty.com and open the warranty claim form.
2. Enter your VIN and your contact information.
3. Describe what you’re seeing, where on the roof it is, and when you first noticed it.
4. Upload photos — a wide shot of the roof plus close-ups of the problem area.
5. Submit. You’ll get a confirmation email, and the shop that installed your roof is notified at the same time. They’ll be in
touch to schedule the work.

Any authorized FlexArmor shop can look up your roof — you’re not limited to the one that installed it.

Clear, well-lit photos taken from more than one angle.
Tell us where on the roof it is: front cap, rear cap, around a vent, along an edge.
Report it when you first see it rather than waiting for the next trip.

SELLING YOUR RV

The warranty follows the VIN, so it goes with the coach — it’s a real selling point.
The new owner fills out a short transfer form to put the coverage in their name.
Pass along your Certificate of Warranty Registration with the rest of the paperwork.
