UPDATE (before we could even post the original – things are happening quickly!!). One of our team members received this text saying the sender was hired to post 40 negative reviews on our business!

We aren’t sure what’s going on, but we are investigating.
We’ve had a 5-star rating for ages. We do good work, we’re honest, and we have a great relationship with our customers.
Why then were we hit with four 1-star ratings all within two hours of each other? Fishy, right?
After some research and poking around, Shawn noticed that Carol here posted EIGHT 1-star reviews and ONE 2-star review ALL AT THE SAME TIME, ALL OVER THE COUNTRY!
*Shortly after we took screenshots, her page was changed to a restricted profile, like the other three 1-star reviewers.
Curiouser and curiouser…
Not only 4 1-star reviews within 2 hours, but now we have a company using the same name on Facebook! That post will be coming shortly.
So, if you see bad reviews for us, please know we are trying to get to the bottom of it. If you end up on a Facebook page that is not exactly “AZ RV Roof” with our logo (at top of our web page) then you are not on our page.
